Hey, I’m Isabela

I know what it’s like to pour your heart into your work, to care so deeply about the people you serve, and yet feel like you’re running on fumes. In 2016, I hit complete burnout. My body ached, my energy was gone, and no matter how much I tried to push through, I felt stuck in an endless cycle of exhaustion.

Then, I stepped into my first yoga class—and everything changed. It wasn’t just about stretching or slowing down. It was the first time I truly felt at home in my body, like I could finally exhale. Yoga helped me heal not just my physical pain, but the stress and overwhelm I had been carrying for years. It reconnected me to myself, my purpose, and my passion.

That’s why I do this work—to help heart-centered women like you break free from burnout and create a life that feels as good as it looks.

I blend mindset coaching and yoga to help you heal from stress in a way that actually lasts. Because true resilience isn’t about forcing yourself to be “calm” all the time—it’s about trusting yourself, regulating your nervous system, and having the tools to navigate whatever life throws your way.

With over 500 hours of training, I specialize in yoga for focus, relaxation, and longevity, as well as nervous system regulation, breathwork, and mindfulness-based mindset coaching.
